What verified means here

We did not copy a list that has been floating around for years. Each restaurant still has a current operating site, each kitchen describes itself as fully vegan or plant-based, and each ownership claim has a public source you can open from the scorecards.

This is not a ranking. It is a current starting point built from receipts. Ownership and operations can change, so send a correction if one of those receipts stops matching the restaurant.
